Complaint , medication was lakes up wrong and I never recieved my injections , who phamacy is a joke all on there mobile phones even when checking the medication (coloured man)

Totally irresponsible might have killed me, giving me wrong dose and no injections Im 76 with cancer , I dont even go in any more my son does and alway checks the medication before he leaves . There playing with peoples lives and dont seem to even be bothered , manager on her phone blonde hair ponytail with coloured man laughing not professional at all. Need new staff

I returned a faulty Omron blood pressure monitor iron 18th Sept last year & you are unable to return it so have agreed to repay me £29.95. The last message I received was on 7th December from Amy McKeown apologising for the delay & asking for my bank details, which I provided. I have not received a payment yet & should like someone to deal with it please.

I was trying to order a BP monitor which went down from £38 to £25. I tried numerous times with different cards it would not allow me to do it. I use the cards all the time so the problem was not my cards. Now the monitor has gone back up to £38

Lloyds’s Pharmacies throughout SOMERSET have just 2 employees only trying to run a very busy PATIENT PRESCRIPTIONS Service but it’s FAILING it’s Customers. If the Group owning these PHARMACY’s Can’t get enough staff then members of the Directors Board should help out in the PHARMACIES instead of sitting at a office desk ???

Having bought a small box of tablets from online Lloyds, I waited long enough only to see(from the delivery photo) that the company Evri, misdelivered (to who knows where). I contacted the number available to let them know. The next thing I receieve is a text from Evri asking for another £1.45 for redelivery...what?

Your shop is an open your old in my medication I am going into withdrawal

My medication consists of opiates urgent prescription was sent to to Lloyds pharmacy heath town Wolverhampton. Without any notification or alternative arrangements was closed for 2 days today Monday 21st of game the shop had no pharmacist I had no alternative for my meds the hospital and doctors would not give me another prescription has won and already been dispensed to heath town it appears to have no no compassion all sympathy for very ill patients as myself this is complete negligence with intent to cause harm and discomfort stress I spent the whole weekend high temperature sweats sickness due to Lloyds pharmacy in competence my way to reply before serving a county court summons for negligence unless an acceptable explanation is given.

And I don't mean just saying the manager left the store and a pharmacist was not available this is not acceptable you have a duty of care are too sick patients and members of the public you have failed in more than one duty. Please do not ignore me this will not go away if I do not hear from you you you in the next 24 to 48 hours I will take a course of action 1 I will serve county court papers to put my case before a judge 2 to I will make this public 3 three-eyed will invite news media to take a fool full story I was advised by my GP that I was lucky not to go into serious convulsions heart arrhythmia and a risk of death please do not take this as something that will go away
